A venous lake is a soft, squashable, blue or purple macule or papule that is 0.2–1 cm in diameter.
Although they may arise anywhere, most venous lakes are diagnosed on the lower lip (on the vermilion margin or mucosal surface), on an earlobe, or elsewhere on the face, neck, or upper trunk.
The cause of the venous lake is still unknown. However, its treatment is fortunately available although it is harmless and does not require treatment.
A lesion that is unsightly can be removed by destroying the lesion. This causes a temporary scab, and the procedure may result in a scar.
To perform such a task and avoid any possible bad repercussions like the left scars, laser therapy with intense pulsed light has proven to be among the most perfect solutions.
Several laser devices are being used in this regard, but the Smart Medical 26.2Watt Diode Laser SIFLASER-3.2 appears to be the most frequently requested by dermatologists while treating such an issue.
This laser machine has 4 wavelengths: 635nm, 810nm, 980nm and 1064nm with Maximum power of up to 26.2Watt. Most importantly, its pulse duration is 10μs-3s. This should perfectly meet dermatologists’ requirements during the treatment and surgery process.
What is also worth mentioning is that the SIFLASER-3.2 will offer extremely easy and friendly operation. In fact, doctors could easily track treatment times, save protocols and view patient profiles in the laser, and even update laser software through the internet.
Undergoing a warts removal surgery is often thought to damage the skin tissue. However, the SIFLASER-3.2 is capable of overcoming such a problem as it accelerates tissue repair and cell growth.
In fact, Photons of light from lasers will penetrate deeply into the tissue and accelerate cellular reproduction and growth. That is, The laser light increases the energy available to the cell so that the cell can take on nutrients faster and get rid of waste products and so repair the damaged tissue as fast as possible.
All these advanced functionalities are meant to speed up the healing process, close wounds quickly and reduce scar tissue.
Although Venous lakes are not harmful, they may sometimes refuse to respond to home treatments. In this case, the diode Laser system SIFLASER-3.2 with all the above-mentioned characteristics appears to be the most suitable device for treating Venous Lakes’ uncomfortable issues.
