Handheld Portable Infrared Vein Finder: SIFVEIN-2.2 uses the absorption of different wavelengths of near-infrared light by oxygenated haemoglobin in surrounding tissues and blood vessels. The information is photoelectrically converted and image processing, and finally the blood vessels are displayed.

SIFVEIN-2.2 uses security Illuminated by a cold light source, the surface of the patient’s skin is used as a medium to show the location of the subcutaneous vein.

The Handheld portable infrared vein finder acquires an image of subcutaneous veins, the image which results from dealing with the image signal is projected onto the surface of the skin. Thus, a subcutaneous vein image will be displayed on the skin surface of the corresponding position.
