The laser light interacts more with the tissue components haemoglobin and melanin. At 532 nm, it is possible to cut much more effectively and softly. Because of its superior cutting properties, it is suited for all medical applications, including hemostasis.

This 8W microsurgical laser system has a wavelength of 532nm and may be used in continuous or pulsed mode with contact or noncontact handpiece.
